- A non-smoking facility ยท No Pets Allowed
- No minimum stay
- Rates (includes taxes, facility fees, reservation fee):
- May 15 -September 15: $395/night $725/2 days $1,995/7 days
- September 16 - May 14 : $350/night $600/2 days $1,300/7 days
- Holidays and special event weekends may be higher
- $75 cleaning fee additional
- $75 linen fee, if requested (otherwise, bring a set of King, Queen and two sets of Twin sheets)
- Booking:
- A 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation
- Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival
- Reserved dates will be released for new rental if a deposit is not received
- No refunds unless we are able to re-book your reservation
